Principal’s Message

Principal’s Message

I extend a warm welcome to all. Our college aims at giving our students a character formation to become responsible member of our society. We give priority to discipline. The college motto is “Knowledge, Charity & Formation with Brotherly Love.” Education is the process of making a man fully motivated that imparts not only knowledge but also develops proper set of skills with appropriate attitude and moral values. Our college focuses on providing quality education and seeking spiritual social and moral values. The purpose of education is to teach our children to think and develop a capacity to reason out facts. Students should keep in mind the importance of planning and prioritizing their time and the effective use of it which are essential to achieve success.

Students should always think and review – discover the cause and effect of every act, in which they are involved. Do not surrender or become a slave to youthful fancies and indulgences. Be steady in your studies. Learn to enjoy hard work. Think wisely, think systematically.

At Bishop Ambrose College all aspects of our education progress are carefully designed to cultivate and stimulate the intellectual social and personal development of the most important stake holders in this institution. Bishop Ambrose College is committed to the complete development of student, this includes academic knowledge, social skills, intellectual curiosity, physical endurance and a special emphasis on self discovery. We promote tolerance, mutual respect and internal mindedness. It is our commitment to mould the students to think globally and be prepared for life. The college is equipped with quality resources and infrastructure faculty for imparting career based education using innovative teaching techniques by motivated and dedicated teachers.

Our college always conducts various academic programmes to enhance the student’ s knowledge. Value added certificate courses, Special coaching classes, Remedial classes, Catechism and Moral Science. Intercollegiate competition and other Extra-circular activities are also given importance.

I am thankful to all our students who come to college every day ready to learn – they give us all a daily reminder of what is important and why we are here. I am thankful for the support of the parents in creating an outstanding partnership for our students. I am thankful for the teachers, assistants, support staff and administrators who really care about student achievement and have the best interests of our students at heart. I am also thankful for our volunteers who enthusiastically contribute so much to our college.
